Instant Share Online Notepad (Images Supported) Image support

Online notepad for instant cross-device sharing. Supports high-resolution images and browser-side AES-GCM encryption. See below for details.

Security Measures of this tool

No login required. Text and images are encrypted in your browser before upload. Share with a 3-character code and password.

Military-grade encryption (AES-GCM)

Data is encrypted instantly in your browser before it is ever transmitted. Without the password, no one on Earth can read it.

Unreadable even by the developer

Memos are stored as meaningless ciphertext, so even the server operator cannot view their contents.

No data selling · free-tier operation

Run as a personal project on Cloudflare's free tier. Your information is never sold or reused for profit.

Auto-delete after 7 days

Every memo and image is permanently removed from the server 7 days after saving — a clean design made for temporary sharing only.

How to use the online memo

What this tool does

A browser memo you can use immediately — no app install, no account.
Save text and images (up to 10) to the cloud, then open them on another device with a 3-character share code and password. Drafts stay in the browser until you encrypt and save.

Common uses

PC → phone handoff

Save a screenshot or long text, then open it on your phone with the share code and password.

Short-lived team share

Pass meeting notes or setup steps without accounts. Memos auto-delete after 7 days.

Notes with images

Attach screenshots or photos with your text when a pure text paste is not enough.

Load with share code

After save, use the 3-character code plus password to reload. Data is encrypted in the browser before upload.

FAQ

Is it safe to store data on an individually run service?

You can verify it yourself. Press F12 in your browser and open the Network tab to inspect actual requests. You'll see only encrypted memo content there. You can likewise confirm that plaintext memo content is never sent externally.

What happens when the free tier limit is reached?

You can still view existing memos even when free-tier limits are reached — only new saves are blocked.

To prevent that as much as possible, when Cloudflare's free tier is reached, storage automatically switches to Backblaze B2 (a Cloudflare partner). B2 is also optimized so memo performance does not degrade. We're still exploring solutions if B2 limits are reached.

Operators receive alert emails when storage switches or limits approach, and we respond quickly with billing upgrades or data cleanup, so extended outages are unlikely.

Within free-tier constraints, user safety and convenience remain our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.

How many images can I save?

Up to 10 images per memo. Images are resized and compressed in the browser before upload.

Are images compressed?

Yes. Long edge is capped at 2560px. JPEG/WebP at ~80% quality, PNG at ~96% before upload.

How long is data stored?

Automatically deleted 7 days after saving. For temporary notes and sharing only.

Is password protection secure?

Yes. Data is AES-GCM encrypted in the browser before upload. Even the server admin cannot read it without the password.

Can anyone read it with the share code?

Only with both the 3-character share code and the password. Data is always encrypted; without the password it cannot be decrypted.

Can I update (overwrite) a saved memo?

No. Saving again creates a new share code. Overwrite is not supported.

Do I need an account?

No. Anyone can create a memo and get a share code immediately.

What is the character limit?

About 100,000 characters per memo.

Can I browse other people's memos?

No list or search. You cannot access others' memos without their share code and password.

Is Instant Share Online Notepad (Images Supported) free?

Free to use, no sign-up required.

Is data sent to a server?

Drafts stay in your browser until you click Encrypt and Save to Cloud. When saved, data is sent to the server and is always AES-GCM encrypted — without the password, even the server admin cannot read the content.
